Chris Taylor
Youth Pastor
Chris Taylor has a special place in his heart for youth ministry. As a young teenager, two very accepting and compassionate youth pastors played a very important role in his life and encouraged him to seek a relationship with God. Now, as a youth pastor, Chris hopes to impact the lives of students in a positive way and help them discover a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Chris is actively following God’s call into pastoral ministry and is currently enrolled as a full-time student at Indiana Wesleyan University, majoring in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministry.
Chris has been involved in youth ministry since 2001 and has served as the youth pastor at The River since February 2007. Chris also serves as The River’s Discipleship Group Superintendent, equipping and empowering group leaders to help people experience spiritual growth.
Chris is a full-time employee at DiCarlo Precision Instrument in Salisbury, MD. He teaches Land Surveyors, Engineers, and Contractors how to use the latest technology and software available to them. He has worked there for over five years now.

Frank & Tracey Honess
Worship Leaders
Frank and Tracey Honess met 5 years ago at their previous church, Dagsboro Church of God, where they both worked extensively in worship ministry. Frank served as the youth pastor at DCOG, while Tracey worked with a college age discipleship program called “Master’s Commission.” Throughout the years working at Dagsboro, Frank and Tracey discovered their shared passion for worship, discipleship, outreach, and among other things…coffee!
In January 2009, Frank and Tracey were engaged to be married and began preparing for their life-long journey together. They were married in August 2009 and entered into a new season in their lives. It was at this point they began attending The River.
Frank and Tracey have a passion for God and they love to help people enter into God’s presence through worship. They have a strong belief that worship is so much more than music; it is a love relationship that is daily lived out with Jesus Christ
